When purchasing one or more of our products they will be packaged and sent by Royal First Class mail. Please allow 3-5 working days before contacting us about postal queries if you have still not received your order. If purchasing worldwide please allow up to 6 weeks before contacting us.

PHOENIXZ's T-shirts are one of the finest quality T-shirts on the market and we are proud to be sponsors of Gildan. We would advise a size small for a girls fit. However, if you want to wear it baggier you may want to go up to a medium or a large :). If you're still unsure on your T-shirt size, please check our sizing chart.

PHOENIXZ accepts exchanges or returns if you are not satisfied with your purchases for whatever reson this may be. We can only accept exchanges or returns if the product is in new unworn condition.

Please complete the returns form enclosed in your delivery, stating your name and address and other information about the return/ exchange. Please return the item to us within 10 working days of receipt.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We will not refund postage costs unless the item is faulty or is a mistake made through us. We recomend you to Royal Mails Recorded delivery, so if the item is lost, this service insures you for the value of your goods. We will try and send you your exchange as quickly as possible this could take between 2 to 14 days depending on your location.

How long will it take for me to recieve my refund?  Please allow 3 working days for us to process your refund upon receipt of the goods. We will credit the card you used for the original transaction.
Please note that you may have to wait 5-10 days for the refund transaction to be credited to your account.
